This 56 degree wedge is amazing in sand and rough, however I find it challenging to chip with on firm fairways within 10 or so feet from the green. Like most tools, they have a specific purpose, and the Roswell wedge will be used exclusively for sand and rough, while saving a much lower bounce wedge for those up close chip shots. Overall, I love it with the understanding of its main purpose for my swing type and play style.

The easiest way to get out of bunkers

I bought these at the end of the season 2024. They look weird, but man are they smooth to hit. Sand shots are so much easier now.

Not as much spin control as prior models

The club has a different feel and weight. I expected that by reading previous reviews. The club produces amazing spin and accuracy. Quite easy to swing -- especially 50%/75% swings.

Great, almost like cheating

Have used the Roswell Alien a few times so far and my sand trap play has drastically improved. If you struggle with sand traps try this club out. Definitely worth the price.

I use these for Par 3 golf. Great weight and fell and the wide sole on the club makes for maximum forgiveness. I bought these whilst in Florida and took back to Ireland from my vacation and the lads are jealous and want them too.
